Sala earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Northwest University. My Approach with clients

I believe every person is unique and different which is why I tailor my approach to fit my clients. My theoretical orientation employs a combination of Person Centered Therapy, an existential approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure Response Prevention and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

Based on my clinical experience, one strategy may not work for all clients. Therefore, I take the time to sit down with you, listen to your story, and assess which of the several strategies I've been trained in will work best for you.

Let's work together

I value my therapeutic relationship with clients and understands each individual’s sacredness and healing process. I am committed to helping my clients and firmly believes in their success.
